Services & Capabilities

What types of equipment do you work on?

We work on virtually all types of construction and heavy machinery — excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, skid steers, backhoes, motor graders, compactors, forklifts, scissor lifts, and more. If it runs diesel and moves dirt, we've likely worked on it. We also carry diagnostic software for all major OEM brands including Caterpillar, Komatsu, John Deere, Bobcat, Volvo, and JLG.

What kinds of repairs and maintenance do you perform?

Our capabilities cover the full spectrum: engine diagnostics and repair, hydraulic system service and emergency repair, electrical troubleshooting, undercarriage inspection and repair, fluid analysis and oil services, welding and fabrication, filter and fluid changes, and preventive maintenance scheduling. If a full rebuild is needed, we'll be upfront about what can be handled on-site versus in-shop.

On-Site & Field Service

Do you come to the job site, or do I have to bring the machine to you?

We come to you — that's the whole point. Our fully equipped service truck carries the diagnostic tools, parts, and equipment needed to handle most repairs right where your machine sits. This saves you the cost and hassle of transporting heavy, potentially immobilized equipment, and gets you back on task faster than a shop visit ever could.

Can you service equipment after hours or on weekends?

Yes. Downtime doesn't clock out at 5pm, and neither do we. We offer emergency dispatch outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, because we know a machine sitting idle overnight costs you real money. Priority scheduling is given to emergency breakdowns — call our cell directly and we'll get a technician moving.

How quickly can you respond to an emergency breakdown?

Emergency calls are our top priority and are dispatched as quickly as possible. Response time depends on your location within our service area, but we aim to be on-site the same day for most Wasatch Front calls. If your machine is down and stopping work, call us directly at (385) 235-4491 rather than submitting a form — we'll get you moving.

Preventive Maintenance

Why does preventive maintenance matter, and can you handle it on-site?

Preventive maintenance is the single best way to avoid costly emergency breakdowns and protect your equipment investment. Catching a small hydraulic leak, a cracked undercarriage component, or contaminated fluid early costs a fraction of what a full failure would. And yes — we handle all scheduled maintenance right on your job site, so your machines never have to leave the project. We can even schedule visits during off-hours to avoid any interruption to your workflow.

How often should my heavy equipment be serviced?

Service intervals vary by machine type, manufacturer recommendations, and operating conditions. As a general rule, most equipment benefits from a fluid and filter check every 250–500 hours of operation, with more thorough inspections at 1,000-hour milestones. We'll review your specific machines and help you build a maintenance schedule that makes sense for your operation — not just a generic one-size-fits-all plan.

Cost & Value

Is on-site repair more expensive than taking it to a dealer?

In most cases, no — and when you factor in the full picture, field service is often significantly cheaper. Transporting large equipment requires specialized hauling, which isn't cheap. Add the labor hours lost while the machine is off-site and you're looking at real costs that go well beyond the repair bill. Our on-site rates are competitive, our diagnostic process is efficient, and we'll always be transparent about pricing before any work begins.

Do you provide estimates before starting work?

Absolutely. We'll diagnose the issue and walk you through exactly what needs to be done, what parts are required, and what the total cost will look like — before we start turning wrenches. No surprise invoices. We believe in keeping our clients informed so you can make the best decision for your equipment and your budget.

Credentials & Coverage

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — we carry full commercial liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request to clear us for your job site. We meet all requirements to work on active construction sites and take safety seriously on every call. Don't hesitate to ask for documentation before we arrive.

What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve the Wasatch Front, covering Salt Lake, Davis, Weber, Morgan, Summit, Wasatch, and Utah counties. Travel outside our standard service area is available by request — give us a call to discuss if your site falls outside these boundaries and we'll work something out.
